YOUR CHOSEN AI ENVIRONMENT

Context, analysis
and findings

Your AI provider connects to the tools you authorise. Results stay in your session or chosen workspace storage.

The standard audit workflow does not send business records, findings, scores or reports back to the Five Dots methodology service.

Five Dots hosts its own service; it is not an entirely self-hosted product. Your AI provider and connected services process data under their own settings and agreements.

Keep your existing boundaries.

Choose what is connected.

Use the connections you authorise in your AI assistant. The scope available to the user determines which systems and information the workflow can reach.

Keep permissions in your tools.

Access follows the permissions configured with your AI provider and source systems. Five Dots does not grant additional access to your CRM or documents.

Choose where findings live.

Keep working notes, findings and reports in your session or connected storage. Apply your own sharing and retention settings to the outputs.

Your CRM records.
Your audit results.

Five Dots provides the instructions for the work. Your AI assistant uses the connections you authorise to read your CRM and documents, analyse the evidence and save the results. Those records and findings are not returned to our methodology service.

No CRM copy.

The standard workflow does not import your CRM records into a Five Dots database.

No audit-results store.

Your findings, scores and reports stay in your session or chosen workspace storage.

Your sharing decisions.

You decide where outputs are saved and who can access them through your own tools.

Five Dots processes technical service and access records to operate the service. Website visits and email enquiries are covered separately in our privacy policy.

A few practical answers.

Does all processing happen on our own servers?

Not necessarily. You choose the AI assistant and connected tools, which may be cloud services. Five Dots hosts the methodology service. Data location depends on each provider and your configuration.

Can we keep using our security standards?

Apply your organisation’s access, sharing, retention and approval requirements in your AI assistant and connected systems. Check provider terms and settings against your requirements before connecting sensitive data.

Does Five Dots store our audit results?

The standard audit tools deliver methodology and do not collect findings, scores or reports. Those stay in your session or chosen storage.

Who controls changes to our systems?

Your AI assistant and connected tools determine the permissions and approval options. Review proposed changes and test them before releasing them into production.
