This notice covers this landing page, enquiries and the waitlist. This website does not connect to your AI assistant or CRM, access their contents or create a product account. Additional services will have their own information about data processing.

Information we process

Visiting the website

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request information such as your IP address, requested page, request time and browser information to deliver and protect the website. Operational and security records may also be generated. Our legitimate interests are operating a reliable website, investigating faults and preventing abuse.

Contacting us

We use your contact details, message and information you choose to share to answer enquiries and manage correspondence. This is based on our legitimate interest in responding to you, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract where applicable. We keep enquiries for up to five years after resolution, reviewing necessity and deleting information earlier when it is no longer needed. A specific legal obligation or ongoing legal claim may require longer retention.

The waitlist

When you sign up, we use your first name, email address and selected AI assistant to manage your registration and send relevant Five Dots availability updates and invitations. We record signup time, consent wording and subscription status. Selecting an AI assistant does not grant us access to it.

By signing up, you consent to join the Five Dots waitlist and receive occasional Five Dots product updates from Revenue Wizards B.V., including availability news, feature announcements and an access invitation. The signup button and the explanation beside it communicate this purpose before you submit. You can withdraw through an unsubscribe link or our privacy contact. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Joining will not subscribe you to unrelated Revenue Wizards marketing.

We keep waitlist profiles until withdrawal, closure of the waitlist or five years after signup, whichever comes first, with earlier deletion where no longer necessary. Continued participation after five years will require renewed consent. Minimum consent and unsubscribe records may be retained where necessary to demonstrate compliance and prevent unwanted messages; they will not be used for marketing.

Providers and international transfers

Access is limited to authorised people and providers who need information for the purposes below. The information processed depends on how you interact with us; joining the waitlist does not automatically share your details with every provider.

The product database is separate from the Resend waitlist setup. Our internal use of Anthropic is separate from your use of an AI assistant with Five Dots and does not give our engineering tools access to your CRM records or audit findings.

Stripe may act as a processor or an independent controller depending on the activity.

These providers support different activities and are not all subprocessors of customer product data. Where a provider processes personal data on our behalf, the relevant data-processing terms apply.

We do not sell your personal information.

Providers may process personal information outside the European Economic Area. Applicable transfers require an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and any necessary supplementary measures. Contact us for details of safeguards applying to your information and how to obtain a copy. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary for legal claims.

Cookies and external fonts

This website does not intentionally use advertising or analytics cookies. Website hosting and security services can still process technical request information without cookies.

We measure visits with Ahrefs Web Analytics, which works without cookies and, according to Ahrefs, collects no personal data. It tells us which pages are read and where visitors come from. Our legitimate interest is understanding which content is useful.

The page currently loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to fetch them, transmitting your IP address and technical request information.

If we introduce non-essential cookies or similar tracking, we will explain them and request consent where required before activating them. Other websites linked from this page have their own privacy notices.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of information you supplied. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, always object to direct marketing, and withdraw consent at any time.

Email privacy@fivedots.ai. We normally respond within one month. If a permitted extension is necessary, we will explain why within that month. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. Requests are normally free.

You may complain directly to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, PO Box 93374, 2509 AJ Den Haag, Netherlands, or the supervisory authority where you live or work or where an alleged infringement occurred. You do not have to contact us first.

We do not make solely automated decisions about waitlist visitors that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Updates to this notice

We will revise this notice when our practices change and explain material changes where appropriate. New purposes requiring consent will require fresh consent.
